Welcome, Welcome! I am Mike Metcalf Jr.  I was born in '82, yet I am remaining 24 until further notice (it was a good year!) In college, I breathed Finance and Football and now work full-time on a Cup series Pit Crew.  In the last three years I have committed to walking with Christ on a daily basis, and desire to see others my age doing the same.  I am an Outlet for others and want to see them utilizing their talents for His GLORY!!!  Check out Isaiah 12:33: "Therefore with joy will you draw water from the wells of salvation."

Eric Harris, was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. As president, founder, and a leader in the Outlet, I do all I can to truly give God all I have.  This land is in desperate need of healing and love, and its up to the body of Christ to impact another life. I currently own my own company now, and am seeking out ways to provide outlets for Christians to keep their fire burning and their thirst quenched with Christ himself.  My favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5 - 6 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not on your own understanding.  In all your ways, acknowledge Him and he shall direct your path."  I have found that there is no better way than to simply trust in Him.  I am plugged in!

Adrienne Green was born in Thomasville, GA and currently works in Charlotte, NC as a Financial Analyst. One of her favorite poems is "Our Greatest Fear" by Marianne Williamson because it challenges us to be great in every area of our lives: our faith walk, careers, relationships, etc.
 
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to make and manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

I am Jason Witherspoon a.k.a "Spoon"... I was born in Lancaster SC but raised in Charlotte, NC. I am an Industrial designer, entreprenuer, and a man after God's own heart. Colossians 3:15 ~ And let the PEACE of God RULE in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.~ So in life, decisions, and choices... be led by your spirit and let HIS peace give you your answer.

Shirine Williams, was born and raised in Philedelphia, PA.  She loves children and serving God by ministering to them.  John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."
